Terms of Service.

Introduction

Venco is a platform that connects players with sports venues across the UK. By using Venco — whether to search for courts, make bookings, or manage a venue — you agree to these terms.

Venco Ltd operates this platform. We are not a sports venue; we are a booking intermediary. The contract for your court session is between you and the venue.

Bookings and payments

Bookings are confirmed immediately upon successful payment. You will receive a confirmation email with your booking reference.

Venco charges a 10% platform fee on each booking. This is included in the price shown — there are no hidden charges.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Venco does not store your card details.

Refund policy:

To cancel a booking, log in to your account and visit the “Upcoming” tab on your dashboard.

Player responsibilities

As a player booking through Venco, you agree to:

Limitation of liability

Venco is a booking platform. We are not responsible for the quality of facilities, injuries sustained during play, or disputes between players and venues.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Venco's liability to you in connection with any booking or use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Venco after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

For significant changes, we will notify registered users by email.
